We have had quite the week, folks.
I wish I would have clocked our total in-car time, the four of us.
In addition to hours upon hours of in-car time--we enjoyed park lunch stops, silly songs by Larry, jumping on hotel beds, and late night swims.
*phew*
It's fantastic to be home again (got home last night)...
And with quite the week, I've got quite the bucket of thanks.
I am thankful for safe travels
I am thankful for our happy travel baby (as long as we're moving, he's happy)
I am thankful for friendly, helpful strangers
I am thankful for our energetic 3 year old
I am thankful for family prayer time
I am thankful for electronics that made our house-hopping trip more efficient
I am thankful for fresh fruit
I am thankful for answers to prayers
I am thankful for hot water showers
I am thankful for Mr. H's hard work--diapers, feedings, holding, rocking, swimming, packing, loading, unloading, & the big time consumer on this trip:
the countless potty stops
I am thankful for a God who knows us, loves us, and wants to help us find happiness
Quite a week, quite a summer, quite a bit of thanks.
Your turn...

Thankful for overnight thunderstorms, a baby that is learning to speak, a fridge full of pretty food, a cousin who came to visit us from the desert to share the rain, a job with a couple of fun projects, a wife who includes fresh mango in recipes, and my little garden.
